RULES AND DOCUMENT REQUIREMENT AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION
The prospectus and the application form for L.L.B. three year course can be obtained from our college website – www.technocollegeoflaw.in as well as from the college campus.
Migration certificate is required if graduation is passed from other university.
High School Mark sheet
Intermediate Mark Sheet
Graduation Mark Sheet along with degree granted.
Character Certificate
Caste Certificate in case SC/ST/OBC candidates for purpose of granting scholarships.
Vide the Bar Council of India Rules Part (x) Section (B) the students are required to put in a minimum attendance of 70% of the lectures on each subject or they will not be allowed to appear for the examinations.
All disputes regarding provisions, admission, scholarships shall be realtered to the admission committee and its decision shall be final.
College uniform is compulsory for all the students (Boys & Girls). No student shall be allowed to enter the college campus without uniform.

What is Ragging ?
Ragging Includes the Following -:
Any conduct by any student or students by words written or spoken has an effect of teasing or treating with rudeness any student or fresher.
Any rowdy or indisciplined activites by any student or students which can or likely to cause hardship, physical or mental harm or fear or apprehension to any student.
Asking the students to do any act or perform something which such student will not in the ordinary course.
Any act by any student which has the effect of causing or likely to cause or generating a sense of shame or embarrassment so as to effect the phsyche or physique of a fresher or any junior student or students.
Any act of financial extortion or forceful expenditure, burden put on a fresher or any the student by students.
Further As per 3rd amendment in UGC Regulation on 29th June 2016 the definition has been expanded by including - “Any act of physical or mental abuse (including bullying and exclusion) targeted at another student (fresher or otherwise) on the ground of colour, race, religion, caste, sex, ethnicity gender (including transgender), nationality, regional origins, linguistic identity, place of birth, residence, appearance or economic background.
PUNISHMENTS-
Every single incident of ragging, a FIR shall be lodged without exception by the college authorities with the local police. In addition one or any combination of the following punishments can be awarded:
Cancellation of admission.
Suspension from attending classes.
Withholding / withdrawing scholarship / fellowship and other benefits.
Debarring from appearing in any test / examination or other evaluation process.
Withholding results.
Debarring from representing the institution in any regional, national or international meet, tournament, youth festival, etc.
Suspension / expulsion from the hostel.
Rustication from the institution for period ranging from 1 to 4 semesters.
Expulsion from the institution and consequent debarring from admission to any other institution.
Collective punishment: When the persons committing or abetting the crime of ragging are not identified, the institution shall resort to collective punishment as a deterrent to ensure community pressure on the potential raggers.

Floor wise discipline squad.
Hoarding/Flex Board displayed at prominent places.
Obtaining anti - ragging self affidavits from students.
